Sea kayaking is an ideal way to experience Dubrovnik from a different perspective.
See medieval city walls from the seaside, paddle your way to Betina cave, hidden cave reachable only by the sea,
where you can swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, or if you are brave enough, try cliff jumping.
The tour lasts around 3 hours and it is a must do while visiting Dubrovnik. No experience is necessary and it requires low fitness level.

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
Tour duration is 3 hours but don't worry! That doesn't mean you will be paddling for 3 hours! There will be plenty of stops, including one long break at the beach inside the hidden cave.
Tour starts from Pile bay, after a quick brief to learn about proper kayaking and safety techniques from your licensed guides.
As you paddle along Dubrovnik's coastline you get to enjoy a unique view of the ancient city walls from the seaside. The view is spectacular. You will also see Villa Sheherezade, which is popular with celebrities and the price goes up to €7500 per night! You will continue to paddle until you reach Betina cave - a hidden cave with a beach reachable only by the sea.
Free time at Betina cave (around 40 minutes). You can use that time for catching some sun, snorkeling, eating sandwiches...
If you are brave enough you can even try cliff jumping! Cliff is about 9 meters high.
After you are rested you will continue to paddle around the island of Lokrum.
Be warned!There is a nudist beach on Lokrum Island and it's quite popular amongst the male population, earning its nickname “Sausage Beach”. So you just might paddle faster when you reach that point of the island.
Your guides will tell you a legend about the curse of the island of Lokrum and a little bit about Dubrovnik history.
While going around Lokrum, you will explore another hidden cave, in this one, you can actually go inside with kayak.
While paddling, you will have numerous stops to rest a bit, to drink some water, to take amazing pictures from your kayak of the mystical island of Lokrum and of the sea.
Difference between the regular half day tour and the sunset tour is the direction in which you are going. On a regular tour you start from the outer side of Lokrum island, and after paddling around it you go to Betina cave. On the sunset tour, you go in the opposite direction - first along Dubrovnik coastline, then Betina cave and then around Lokrum island. More than half a way you will be paddling towards the sunset. Also, on the sunset tour, you'll be drinking some fine wine!
